LESSON
New members begin with an included trial session to meet their mentor, share their needs, and understand how Sphere can support their transition.
2. MENTOR MATCHING
We match each student with a peer mentor based on language, background, goals, and the specific challenges they hope to solve.
3. FLEXIBLE SUPPORT
Essential services are included through the $75 annual membership, while specialized help remains optional and paid only when needed.
